Our refund and returns policy last 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- We have 7 days return refund replacement policy
- Replacement policy will be delivered within 5-7 days
- If refund is processed it will be credited within 5-7 days
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank — processing times can vary
